    Their communication is non-existent. Got call immediately and sent email for payment same day. We gave info for $$ immediately and then didn't hear from them for weeks despite several inquires from us. Finally got someone who said we would have a call to tell us when. Showed up unexpectedly-never heard from office that they were coming. Guys we're nice but we're told we'd get email with further info about what's needed. That was 10 days ago and still waitin.     One person showed up the first time. He mowed and trimmed. I had signed up to have my yard mowed, trimmed, edged, some work was to be done in the gardens and bushes. Then no one has shown up since.

    I did not like the fact that I had to provide a credit card up-front, before the service was performed, even though they did not charge my account until after the work was done. This is the first time I've had to do this and I was a little skeptical; however, everything worked out just fine.....
