    I ruined an entire afternoon waiting. They called me at almost 5PM to let know they would be late.

    First off they showed up late. They did not do the work contracted to do. They said that my hardware was the issue only to find out later that the fact they did not cut the doors as contracted to do was the real issue. Showed up without the proper tool to do the job correctly. Executed only a fraction of what was contracted to do but charge my credit card the full amount. I invited the lead contractor to come out and look at what was done but did not get a response. Completely dissatisfied.

    Ronald, We wanted to reach out to explain this misunderstanding. The Scope of Work that was agreed included that you would provide all necessary hardware to install and hang your doors. When our technicians arrived to your home, the correct hardware was not there. Our technicians offered to wait while you went to the store to purchase the hardware, however you declined. Cutting the doors with the incorrect hardware would mean the doors would not hang properly. The technicians at your home hung the doors as contracted with the hardware and tools provided. They were on site for almost two hours. After you expressed your initial dissatisfaction, one of our Operations Manager reached out and advised we could send the technician back to your site to install the doors as long as you had the correct hardware and you declined. We want all of our customers to feel satisfied with their experience. Should you decide that you would like us to come back out, please give us a call and we would be more than happy to help you!     I received a call and an email response from Fixt of Georgia concerning my repair inquiry. Jordan was very professional in his response. I sent him pictures of my door, which would drop everytime you opened it. He gave me an estimate and once I agreed on the price set up an appointment for the contractor to come out and make the repair. I received a call the morning of the appointment confirming the time. I found the contractor to be very courteous and professional. He assessed the problem and proceeded to make the repair. I was surprised at to what the problem was but thankful that they repaired my door. The cost of the repair turned out to be less than the estimate. The whole process from initial phone call to the repair was done within 3 days. They did an excellent job.

    The plumber they dispatched arrived late on the job and had way above his head. Right off the bat, he confessed he could not install the sink pump. He had a couple of faucets to install, and he didn't even attempt to. This was a total waste of my time and disregard for my project.
