The technician's name was Alex. He showed up early to my house. He assessed the problem. He went and bought the parts and fixed the problem and was very professional about it. He even took his shoes off when entering my home and I didn't have to ask him to do that. I would recommend Alex to anyone. Thanks Alex.

Use an trained HVAC person vs handyman

After diagnosing what we believed to be the issue among our team, we felt confident that the issue was electrical in nature, so we dispatched one of our electricians to tackle your issue. Unfortunately, once the tech got on site, they realized that it did in fact turn out to be an issue with the unit itself.
