John and his crew were awesome. Honest and gave me a written overview of what exactly the project would entail, options for how to save money. Worked quickly and left place spotless. So glad I worked with footprints for my new floors!!!!

I hired this contractor to install my flooring and take away carpeting. They installed left flooring and damaged my molding and said I would have to purchase it for them to install it. They took the garbage out of my house and left a four-foot pile of garbage in front of my porch.

We did however mention in the initial consultation with a family member the concerns and possibilities with base molding in general, but also with the one in question specifically. We are strong believers in making things right regardless of the circumstances and all the options presented still stand to this day.

Footprints Floors were just amazing. If you are looking for a floor contractor, look no more. They offered a comparable price to Home Depot, but SO MUCH BETTER service, end to end. To start, Home Depot did not want to do things as I wanted and kept saying "you can't do this, you can't do that, we don't do that". John, on the other hand, was willing to listen to my specific requests, even the more challenging ones, he offered great advice and we discussed together to find the solution for each and every difficulty. He partnered with a great installation team whose experience and willingness to go above and beyond not only resulted in the floor just as I wanted, but finished the job in record time (I could not believe when he told me he would be Ok to start the next day, took only 2 days to complete - literally, he did what no one else said could be done) and saved me money by not damaging any mold, front boards and even quarter rounds. I cannot highlight more how these guys were great. If I have any future project, they are the only ones in my list.
