While they did a good job power washing the areas requested, they damaged 6 window screens which they were supposed to have repaired at no cost to us. They never followed through with that and we had to have the screens repaired ourselves and we sent them the invoices to be reimbursed which never happened either although it was promised to us. They also repaired some bricks on our chimney outside and were supposed to follow up as there was a torrential rain storm shortly after the job was completed and the cement did not harden and has subsequently come down the chimney. They disappeared to Ireland for a family funeral for weeks and they only called once to say that everything would be taken care of. We paid them a lot of money and they have not backed up any of their promises even though their work is supposed to be 100% guaranteed. We now have to find a mason to redo the chimney work at additional expense. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We gave them numerous chances to make this situation right and they did not respond.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I feel like another customer who came after me. Before May 17th, they had 4-5 star reviews. After my project, it looked like they started their scheming and robbing. You can not trace cash. My project was done and completed on May 22, 2023. They got me to give them cash also. They are good at this. Tricking you into giving them cash. If you need the job urgently, they will hold you over a barrel. Dan and John work this scheme well. When they finally called back, supposedly there was death in the family in Ireland. They will claim to be God-fearing people. They are not. My basement still leaks, I do not know what is going to happen with my patio they cemented, and the facing they put outside around my second floor because there was a gap probably not worth the money, material or time spent to do it. All in all, they scammed me out of a lot of money, and I am on disability. They have no shame. Plus, they used the 50-gallon garbage bags I bought for my BBQ. I WOULD NOT EVER RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE

They came came to repair my chimney, they left a hole in the roof, and they are not returning the phone calls since 2 months ago.

Upon first meeting with Global Pro Roofing and Masonry to discuss the scope of work and price, they appeared to be honest and credible. They requested a cash down payment before starting the job and I obliged. However, things took a turn for the worse very quickly after the work began. The quality of their work was sub-par at best, and they immediately began to cut corners contrary to what was agreed upon. When questioned they threatened to walk off the job. At that point, I wanted to part ways with Global Pro, but they convinced me to stick with them as they agreed to new terms. As the work progressed, they requested an additional cash payment and once again I obliged. When the work came to what appeared to be entering the last phase, they requested most of the remaining balance. I typed up a new receipt with the remaining scope of work for signature in an effort to keep them honest. In addition to that receipt, I was pressured into giving more money for additional supplies (trees, etc.). The work to be completed consisted of a gutter drainpipe repair, turning of the soil, tree planting, and grass seeding. Upon approximately 80% of the work completed and 93% of the total cost paid, Global Pro Roofing and Masonry abandoned the job. I paid for it but never received the trees. I now realize they never intended on coming back. As a first-time homeowner, this entire experience has been a total nightmare. I am left with an unfinished mess outside my front door. Additionally, there were inappropriate, non-project-related questions and comments by the proprietor. I am thoroughly sickened by this whole ordeal.
