Responded quickly to a request for quote. Was timely for scheduled day of work. Professional, personable and listened to customer suggestions. Quality work. Knowledgeable in the work he advertised for hire. I hired for TV Mount. I am hiring him for future work of installing a security system. Knows equipment and will tailor your needs and budget, will give suggestions and tells you the pros and cons so you can make up your mind between systems. I would highly recommend.

Not very professional. Did not have all the basic parts with him, and he charged for the time to run to the store. He and his helper argued most of the time. Took way too long and they seemed a bit lost on installing TVs. Way is overpriced. And should have been done in 2 hours, not 5. I have hung numerous TVs myself and it should not have been this hard.

This was an 85 inches TV mount with two small TVs mounted on top for a split-screen. Also had to relocate 65 inches TV in master Bedroom. We take our time on projects like this. Especially when there are high dollar TVs are involved. The customer stated **They were supplying material and mounts and I would need a helper**. After starting the job, I realized that we needed more to support the weight for 85 inches QLED (heavy TV). We had to make a trip to Home Depot to get necessary hardware. Extremely knowledgeable! I am NOT a techie & Brian put everything into perspective! Left my home cleaner than when they began. Very progressional! Would highly recommend!!
