Mike was a very experienced and responsible person, he informed me of what he found for clogging that cause the overflow of the toilet. He was very professional and instructed resident in my rental home how to prevent plumbing clog in the future. I really appreciate his work.

They were able to install a new heater the same day that I went to Angies list. The job was done quickly and professionally. The old heater was removed for disposal.

They came promptly and completed the work for us. The office person was very professional and thorough. Explanation of what was needed could have been better from the person who came out to do the work.

The reason we had called 2SonsPlumbing (Joes 2 Sons Plumbing) was to trouble shoot the leak near the toilet. We had set the expectation upfront but the troubleshooting was not done. The service man cleared a blocked toilet and left with an invoice of $341/-. The leak still persisted so when we called the service man back again within a few minutes after he had left, we got a huge quote (Laundry list) of things that do not qualify as someone has a plan to find the leak but more like add jobs that have price tags. We are not satisfied with the service as the job that was requested for was never done. We paid $341/- to this company to use a snake to clear the block!! This company appeared to have experience but failed to follow thru when it required trouble shooting and then fixing the problem.

The person who did the installation was on time, efficient and very careful for the most part. The only issue was a small nick in the top of my new dryer. I forgot to tell the fellow to be careful if he put down tools on top of the washer or dryer. I should always remind service providers to put down a cloth. But the nick isn't too bad. It would be great if every provider would just automatically cover a surface if they use it for tools. Otherwise I was pleased with the installation.

Robert G came out right away, ran me through my options. I had tried to snake the drain with a 1970's manual drain snake and couldn't get it more than 3 feet. He ran cable, cleared the clog in a few minutes and we were good to go. Very professional, did what I needed done and did it fast.

Arrived to give me my third quote, after which I hired him on the spot. Replaced the plastic drain with a brass one, replaced the P trap, tested no leaks, Very satisfied with the work performed. David from 2 Sons Plumbing,LLC did the work, Cognizant of all Covid 19 requirements and wore paper booties when in side the house.

Our plumber came rapidly AND was very helpful in identifying the issues which included needed to go inside the house to replace some pipe. We decided to do only one of the three. He did a great job on this and we would hire him back in a heartbeat.

Great! Josh came out the next day. No cost consultation, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and explained costs. he suggested I try a bio cleaner first. No charge for visit! If I need further help I will be calling them for sure

The shower cannot be shut off, so we have to turn off the main water valve. I submitted request in the evening, the next morning, Joe 2 Son plumbing called and we arranged same day service. Steve showed up the time we arrange, he checked the shower valve and quickly knew the problem was, the quickly fixed the problem. Total price: $385. Money well spent for the service we need. I want to thank Steve for good service and company staff for the efficient appointment arrangement.

I own an instant hot water faucet in my kitchen which started to intermittently drip even when not used. Through my home warranty - two separate plumbers from Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing were dispatched to my house to diagnose and make the repair. The first plumber - John - didn't actually see the faucet drip, but told me to record a video of it dripping, and initiate another service call where he'd get home warranty approval and install a new faucet. Within 24 hours the faucet leaked - I recorded a video as instructed - and then took a 2nd day off work to have Elliott the plumber come out to my house - watch the video and say, "yeah...these things drip - it can't be fixed, and I'm not going to replace it." WHAT????????? So a $75 Home Warranty fee and 2 full days of work off without pay...and I'm screwed with the same drippy instant hot water faucet. 2 sons plumbing can go to H _ L L from my point of view. 2 sons, with two completely different stories that provided absolutely NO resolution to my plumbing issue and NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Consider some customer service training..... UPDATE: While it took three visits to repair my kitchen plumbing issue, Eric the manager did everything in his power to make up for what was originally a poor customer experience. I really appreciate his effort.

Daniel arrived on time. He struggled for two hours trying to run 2 different snakes down the drain line. No success clearing whatever is causing the backup. Gave up. Declared my 2001 new plumbing was done incorrectly. He wanted to break into the ceiling in the basement or take out the back of the cabinet to expose the plumbing run. An additional $280 on top of the $403.65 he charged just to complete his inadequate attempt. He left two buckets with drain water and a very saturated towel (I provided) under the sink and left the house.
