The workers for this business were wildly attentive to my every request and did so with huge smiles on their faces! (thunderous applause) They brought with them a massive collection of extremely clever and effective tools for cleaning ALL of a room - everything from window hanging blades to cleaning the dark areas behind the toilet! (standing ovation) And besides this business hiring talented, engaged, kind

I thought I was getting a crew, but got one person who did a great job, but I think a crew would have been a little more detailed.

I wanted my apartment deep cleaned. They went over each job that I needed done beforehand, and explained how they would accomplish the work without disturbing my books and papers. They worked with me to let me get my dog out, and worked around my blind cat. They did everything I wanted done, and I felt completely safe not to stay home while they worked. They dusted baseboards, picture frames (even 10-15 foot high ones), surfaces, and a lot of fragile things like ceramics; they vacuumed the carpet, sanitized the bathroom, mopped, cleaned and straightened the kitchen (even the microwave) and laundry room. To do all of this they had to move a lot of furniture, bookshelves, and files of paper without disturbing anything which they did with efficiency. They texted me before arrival to let me know they had finished the previous job 1/2 hour early and ask if I was ready, which I was. They finished my apartment early, and texted me when they were finished. They waited for me to get home, again worked around me getting my barking dog safely ensconced, and did not want to be paid until I had an opportunity to inspect my whole apartment. On top of the excellent polite customer service, they left my apartment smelling fresh and tranquil. I recommend their cleaning service highly.

Had deep cleaning and now have maintenance. Excellent customer service.

We had a deep clean which was thorough. Small problem with kitchen and bathroom floors.
