This is the second year they have been cleaning for me and they show up & are very efficient. They haven’t broken anything which seems like every cleaning people I’ve had have always broken something that’s important to me. I trust them to be in my house while I take the dogs out of the way, and their attention to detail is there whether I’m present or not.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: DO NOT USE KINGS CLEANING COMPANY!!! We are snowbirds and last year we engaged Alonzo with Kings Cleaning Company to be on his list to install hurricane shutters when the time comes. At that time, he quoted us $400 for putting them up and taking down. More than reasonable. Fast forward to Hurrican Milton. He reached out to us, and we engaged him. After they were installed, he informed us that it would be $525 to put them up and $525 to take them down on our ranch home! (and he used our ladder! lol) That's a total of $1,050!!! It was about two hours' worth of work to install. CRIMINAL! We should have confirmed the price, but we thought we had an agreement with him. So, we informed him we will engage someone else to take them down. The morning after the storm, he sent someone out to the house to try and rectify the situation. At that time, he agreed he would accept $550 to put up and take down. We unfortunately trusted his word and paid him. We have since been informed that he will not be taking them down. So, he intentionally lied to extort more money from us! Lesson learned... but be aware! He is not a trustworthy individual or business! I'm not one to post negative comments, especially on a small local business, but this was just out right dishonest!!

Dear customer I'm so sorry you feel this way. Prices were quoted up front and they are the same around community. We did the installation in the rain and after it was done you & your husband refused to pay is actually what happened. The storm was over, and we never received payment. Your husband kept trying to barter for money owed & telling me he had someone for $100. The payment received was for installation & you were trying to force us to take them down free. We have to pay our workers and it is unfair to charge you less than everyone else paid. That is unethical, and that is what we refuse to be.

Wasn?t what I expected for a deep cleaning. Lots of spots missed, baseboards, light fixtures and windows etc.

Sorry for your experience with all customers we ask before we leave to take a look for satisfaction also we cannot get to areas that are not accessible do to objects that are unsafe thx for the review.

Kings cleaning services was excellent. I used them for a deep clean to get house ready for summer. Very professional and they go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. I will use them for a regular cleaning monthly to keep house up to par. Thanks so much
