I initially called on this service provider to fix work done by someone else. After discussing the situation with the locksmith, I purchased all new, commercial-grade locksets/deadbolts to replace the ones I had that were causing problems (locks breaking, difficulty opening/closing doors or letting drafts into the home) and had them installed. The locksmith was very nice and took time to explain various security features to me. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and he did not leave a mess. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the work and this service provider.
