MELLGREN HOMES, LLC

We moved to Arizona this winter and engaged Interior Expressions(IE) for redesign of our new 28 years old home.  IE recommended Dave Mellgren of Mellgren Homes LLC to do the project. They could not have found a better contractor! <br /> After several meetings we came up with a basic redesign and met with Dave. Demolition and reconstruction started about a month later in late February 2015. Dave took care of all of the permits and even met in our behalf with our HOA. He even sent letters to our neighbors letting them know who to contact while the 10 weeks of construction was going on.  Having had at least 5 homes built  for us in the past in the various States that we lived in I feel that we have good experience with a wide range of builders. <br /> Dave Mellgren is the best! He is organized, professional, considerate, gives you options, creative and just a great human being. He listens to what you want and makes good suggestions as to how to solve the problem. Dave keeps you updated on the project; we were still living in PA at the time of our home reconstruction. He is a tireless worker and was kind to our neighbors and HOA. <br />   <br /> Dave worked closely with our solar provider (Technicians for Sustainability) when we added that to our home. He helped us find a roofer to replace the paper before the solar was installed. Dave seems to know and have the best quality subcontractors in the area. We are planning on adding a front patio this October and Dave is on it! <br /> I cannot more highly recommend Dave Mellgren and Mellgren Homes. <br />
