The Lightning Defense company responded quickly to re-install our pre-existing Lightning Protection System (LPS) after our roof replacement was completed. Lightning Defense personnel worked quickly, efficiently, safely, and were very professional, courteous and clearly explained everything. They told me that our LPS was up proper standards and met all the county, state and any federal related requirements. They re-certified our LPS. I'm very satisfied with the results.

John is very kind its like working with your father. He explained everything very well, showed me all the materials he was using. When we spoke on the phone he did the same. When he came out he showed me his license, insurance, that he is bonded and he had a book of photos of his work. He cleaned up very well after the job was done left no screws or anything behind. This was the best service Ive had with any company at any time.

A seamless experience. John showed up promptly with an estimate and sent me a copy of his liability policy as promised right after the estimate. I hired them and they promised to be at our house between 11:30 and 12. They showed up at 11:45, exactly the midpoint of the estimated arrival window. John estimated the job would take three hours but they completed the work in a bit less. He ran the cables along the gutters so they are not visible unless you look behind the gutters. I hope never to test the system (do not want my home struck by lightening at al, thank you!). but the materials are all UL listed.
