Very knowledgeable staff. They came and evaluated the problem and told me exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. Work was done in a timely manner and very neat.

Cameron returned phone call within 20 minutes, came to my house in the evening within the hour and fixed the compressor problem. I was so impressed I signed up for annual maintenace program. His expertised is warranted!

100 % satisfied with everyone from Nxgen! I got home Tuesday late afternoon from work and it was over 80 in my home. I called Nxgen and spoke to Jackie, she said she had someone in my area and he would be available in an hour. Cameron & Thomas came to my home, 2 super knowledgeable dudes! Unfortunately my unit was too old to repair, they had an entire new ac system in my home before noon on Wednesday. I hope I donâ t need to call them again haha but if I do they definitely have all my future business.

The company sent out 2 technicians on a Friday night and immediately knew the problem. No upsales, very professional and polite! Will definitely hire them again

Matt called me promptly, provided an overview of the plan, and a cost estimate. He arrived within the expected time frame and called when he was 15 minutes away. The work was done as described without unnecessary mess nor were there any delays. I found him professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I’d recommend him to my friends.

Matt was very remarkable. I was so astonished that he took time out his busy schedule to complete the project for because it same day phone call. This effort is unbelievable in this day and age. He also showed all the price breakdown no hidden fees. I define this as truly exceptional customer Service.
