i had a rain soft system that was off line for years. They still honored the warrantee. Of course a few parts were not part of warrantee but these were small items. The system was up and running by the tie they left. I noticed an improvement in the water quickly.

In 2018, we finally made the leap and got a water softener, whole-house carbon filtration, and RO system. Now, we don't quite know how we lived with all that scum, calcium deposits and "dirty" water. Each year, we get a check-up to replace needed filters and make sure the system in operating correctly. It's totally worth it!

Technician came out the next day to replace an outdated bypass valve. Prompt service and quality work. The manager was willing to honor his estimate even when the final cost was a bit over the quoted price. very professional and courteous people.

They are easy to deal with and are not afraid to answer hard questions regarding their products, warranty and service after installion.

I was glad I got more than one estimate. Honestly I thought this one would be higher but it turned out to be the best estimate and, in my opinion, a better system. The installation was scheduled the next week. This company even hauled away my old system, which isn't always the case.

I received several estimates for the installation of a Fleck Water Softening system (5600 SXT) after researching softeners and vendors on both Angieâ  s List and Home Advisor. I also opted, per the recommendation of Rob ant PA Water and Energy Solutions, to install the Fleck system with the carbon filter to enhance the overall quality of my water. Some of the vendors were interested only in installing their own brand or one in which they had an affiliation. However PA Water was very accommodating in allowing me to choose my own system. All I had to do for the estimate was to text Rob several pictures of the softener location. Easy! It took a couple of weeks for all the parts/pieces of the softener to arrive. Rob was very flexible on the installation date/time. We scheduled for roughly a week after I called him. On the day of installation (8/13/2020), Brian, the PA Water technician arrived on time and very efficiently installed the system. It took an estimated four hours. He then spent time on explaining how the softener system worked and how to program/use the softener controller. It was a great experience and highly recommend PA Water and Energy Solutions.

They did not install the original system but were as attentive as if they had. Filters were overdue for change (4 years!). Technician came from Lancaster to Carlisle to change filters in reverse osmosis system and whole house conditioning unit. He was prompt and neat and took the time to teach both me and my son who was present. The cost was pretty reasonable. Thank you Brian!
