If I were rating theIr work on the Irrigation System alone, I would be happy to give them 5-Stars, however, after they left, I discovered that evening they cut the wires to our outdoor lighting (which does not come on until dark so I did not know when I paid them). I have attempted to contact them multiple times about these issues and crickets...they have refused to respond to any of my attempts to reach them. It is a shame because the work I hired them to do was excellent, but this one thing ruined it.

I had a sprinkler system put in, but right now I am experiencing a nightmare. There is water coming out of a box with wires, on my front lawn. The area is soaking wet, and I am afraid of my water bill. Plus the grass will died. When I tried to reach the company, by way of emails, text message and phone calls, they blocked me.. the problem is still there... hopefully it can be addressed soon.

Used them for a whole yard sprinkler installation. Only contractor to support installation with the required county irrigation permit process. The only thing they could have done better is to have a better yard cleanup/finishing after pipes digging and installation. Hoping to have good warranty support in case of any issues.

They arrived early and left late. Took 3 1/2 days to install the system. Set up the program for watering, showing me every step of the way.

David Saucier, the President, is the consummate professional and gentleman! I needed him to return and complete work done by his employees - and he did so on a weekend. He is awesome! The 5 stars are mostly for him. He has a good team - but they didn't return my calls - while he did. Thank you, Sir!

I was impressed with how many sprinkler heads i received for the price i paid. I also received a rachio system to control my yard with my Alexa system. Great prices and great service

We have had their system for about 4 years now, and we continue to find out more and more things this company messed up the job in our yard: 1) When they installed the system, they turned off our water without checking the recirculating pump. The pump blew up. When we asked to get the money to replace the pump, the response was "we have never heard of a problem like that" 2) They installed the pipes about 3 inches below the surface in many cases. My wife actually asked if it didn't need to be deeper when they installed it, and their response was "the ground is too hard, but this will be fine". Subsequently, EVERY single other company we had in our yard to do any work was "amazed" by finding piping that close to the surface. The most recent company that is working on regrading our yard had to change their approach entirely, and said they had never seen an irrigation job as poorly done as this one. 3) Several sprinkler heads are sticking out the ground quite substantially, others are covered by grass and therefore not functional. We had to get it rectified by another company (because who would call back the company that blows up your recirculating pump when they work on your yard) If you want your yard to be a showcase for how not to install an irrigation system, go ahead and use this company. Otherwise, go somewhere else (at this point, I would say literally anywhere else).

Excellent job from beginning to end.

Very satisfied with the Sprinkler System installation. Provided detailed cost estimate (including # of zones, equipment info etc.). Once I accepted the estimate and scheduled the installation, the company contacted the utility locate service themselves to come out and mark the utilities. On the day of install, crew worked all day and completed the work. They were professional in their work (installed 4 zones with wifi controller) and cleaned up any debris before leaving. Spent time to give me a walkthrough of the system and how I could adjust and re-configure things as needed.

Overall I am very pleased with their work. We were delayed because of the rain but I was kept up to date by the owner when he thought work would begin. They did front, back and side yard in two days. Workers very polite and worked hard. Yard looks great and I am happy I don't have to drag the water hose around any more

Scheduling to get the estimate and get on the work schedule took more follow up than I would have liked. But personal are very friendly and the actual workers on the install work very hard.

I was very pleased with their work. I was most surprised at how well they returned my lawn to its normal condition. If you walk my lawn, you honestly have to look very close to realize a major installation just took place. I would hire them again in a second.
