I was able to schedule service within a week of my phone call; Colton called in advance to assess my needs and explained his first visit approach. He arrived ahead of scheduled and addressed everything we discussed during our pre-visit consultation. Not only did he treat the area around my house, but the yard area as well. I was really impressed when he diagnosed and treated a carpenter ant problem that that misdiagnosed by another company.
