We had already done the tear out of our old tub. They installed the shower pan, plumbing for the rain shower head that we had purchased and the waterproof back board. They worked very well with scheduling as we installed porcelain tiles that we had purchased. When we completed the tile they had their glass company measure and install the custom Shower glass. The result was that I now have a beautiful custom shower.

The installer was very professional and did what he is hired to do. The company as a whole, however, has issues. 1) They do not perform GPR / xrays of post-tension slabs as a normal phase in the process of breaking into the foundation. 2) You get to see a basic, graphical representation of the tub / shower on an iPad. However, the final product and the quality of the materials does not match the premium price they charge. Base on the quality of the products (tub/shower combo, the glass door, tub/shower walls), I estimate that we overpaid by somewhere around $3500 to $6000.

We recently completed renovations on two of our bathrooms with Five Star Bath Solutions. The first project, carried out last year in 2023, involved converting a bathtub into a standing shower to accommodate my elderly mother. The second project was a recent upgrade to our master bathroom earlier this year. Throughout both renovations, the entire process was remarkably smooth. The team at Five Star Bath Solutions provided us with a comprehensive overview of the materials and even presented visual 3D models, allowing us to envision the final outcome before committing to the project. To date, we have encountered no issues with our first bathroom, and we are optimistic that the same level of quality and satisfaction will apply to the second one. I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone who wished to avoid costly, but ineffective, repairs; high-pressure salesmen; inferior materials and workmanship; messy clean ups, and employees who are not as customer-oriented as most of us would like. Five Star Bath Solutions went above and beyond to ensure that all the issues I had were satisfactorily addressed and that I was happy with the work they did while they were doing it. The final result was the restoration of running water (I had been almost thirty days without water), a clean house, and a beautiful tub to shower replacement. Itâ s worth noting that Iâ m 75 years old, so I asked Johnny, the Five Star Bath Solutionsâ designer/advisor, what features I should consider for the future. He told me the shower base was non-slip with a low entry threshold and the shower included a Delta Two-in-One Shower with a detachable hand shower (which can be used separately or simultaneously with the shower head). He also suggested that I add grab bars and two water-shedding shelves for a minimal cost. Roger and Eddie from Five Star Bath Solutions came out the very next morning and spent hours removing slab concrete and hand sawing copper pipes in a cramped area. Roger discovered several leaks in both the hot and cold water pipes. Not only did he refuse to give up until he fixed the leaks and restored my water, he explained everything, and left a â shark biteâ on the outside valve so that I could check for future slab leaks and shut my own water on and off at the main. He then meticulously removed all traces of his labor, leaving me with a clean house, running water, and a profound appreciation for Five Star Plumbing, Roger, Eddie, Johnny and all those who have to live without running water. The following day the shower installation team arrived and installed an elegant shower. They were very pleasant, put up with my intrusive dogs, and did superb work. I am so delighted with the results .

All of the installers were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and fully understood their trade. The install was completed on budget and schedule as promised. SAm's craftsmanship was expertly done. My glass installer did the nicest work I have seen in residential and commercial workmanship. We will continue to tell others and use AAA again in the future when needed.

Well done and professional from initial contact through final close out. I was initially attracted to the lifetime warranty on work as it implied a commitment to quality and, so far, I have not been disappointed. The advisor was very helpful in explaining the options and work to be done and worked with us to address some cost concerns (cost was a little more than I had originally expected). The work consisted of: -Shower replacement (which included tearing out a small half-wall) -Replacement of flooring throughout bathroom -Replace bathroom light fixtures and vent fan -Removal of a very large wall mirror and replacing it with a couple of smaller mirrors The guys doing the work itself were all prompt, courteous, and professional. They covered areas to help keep it clean, then cleaned up working areas after they were done. Also, if there were questions about how something should look they would stop and ask. All-in-all I am very pleased with the effort and results.

Bath tub to shower conversion project. We were impressed by the team that did the work, the materials used are remarkable and they took the time to make sure our schedule and theirs were compatible and went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect even when there were unexpected previously unseen conditions that needed repairing. Roger is great with working with you on any financial issues and Jaime made sure that everything was to our satisfaction when installing the peripheral things like the shelves and shower head and towel bars and shower doors.

We converted the tub in our mom's 1950s era home to a low-step shower to help her age in place. We were able to select a color and design that blend well with the existing 1950s tile scheme.
