Stone Slab Countertops Repair (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
$250
When I called-they answered right away and came over the same day to do my estimate. It was a small job and they came back later in the day to do it. They were quick and even helped with cleanup! Very nice guys, fair price and great work😁

POSITIVES: I will say, right off the bat, that the work quality was terrific. I hired Nova Design (Power Marble & Granite) to install tile in an unfinished bathroom. They had to work around already installed cement board, fiberglass shower base, and custom corners. They were able to do so almost perfectly. The tiling professional is a professional and did very good work. In addition to that, Jesika, the front office facilitator was very polite and communicative about the estimate, payments, etc. NEGATIVES: Language barrier. On day one, Henry (not sure if it was the owner or a laborer) brought two individuals with him, neither of whom spoke English. There were a few questions/concerns that were answered up front. Henry then left, but the workers had additional concerns/questions that they were unable to ask me do to the fact they did not speak English. Google, however, saved the day with "Google Translate" which enabled me to communicate with the tiling professional. SCHEDULE: Henry expressed that the job would take about two days but ended up taking four (which I sort of knew would be the case due to the complexity of the job). Fortunately it was not a problem as my wife happened to be at home but I would have preferred to be there as well but I could not afford to take four days off for the job to be completed. One thing that could have had an impact on the timeline was that day one had two laborers but days three and four only had one. This could have resulted in the increased length of time to complete the project. CLEAN-UP: Once the job was completed, I had three large bags of project waste that was left in my backyard. While I appreciate the fact that it was bagged up, I still made personal runs to the dump to get rid of it as the bags were a bit too heavy for the trash can (ceramic tile and thin set gets pretty heavy). This was a nice extra chore for a Saturday dump run and a small cost ($6.00 for the load plus my time). MANAGEMENT: Lastly, I had no interface with anyone other than Jesika (front office) in charge of my project. As a result, I had to hand deliver checks to the company HQ on my own time rather than being able to give checks to any of the workers or a supervisor. Management never actually returned to the job site to see if the job was completed to my satisfaction (I did give a "thumbs up" to the tiling professional). Overall, I will say the work quality for the tile was excellent, but the overall experience was definitely lacking. If I could give some business advice I would say work on communication with your clients, improve project management oversight, and work on the language barrier. Simply having your employees know when to call the boss to ask the customer a question or spend some training time to teach them about the available free language/translation technologies out there (like Google Translate) can really have far-reaching impacts on the quality of your business. Power Marble worked with us to determine the optimum plan to completely remodel our master bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and they finished essentially on schedule in spite of some unforseen issues. Overall, we feel the Power Marble team gave us good advice from design concept through construction and we achieved an excellent outcome. We also received excellent value for what we paid.

Our kitchen provided several challenges and I was very impressed about the way the Power Marble & Granite team listened to our ideas, concerns and limitations. The professional design was outstanding and the demolition, repair and installation were great. I felt at all times that we were being heard and that they were truly seeking to satisfy. The final price came in thousands of dollars under some of the other bids. We are very pleased and do highly recommend this group!

We hired Power Marble & Granite to do a complete kitchen remodel. The finished product looks great! The project came in just under budget, which we were very happy about. The products themselves (cabinets, tiles, granite) were excellent quality. The installation was a little messy, and we had a few issues that needed to be re-addressed. To their credit, they quickly fixed most. Overall, we are very happy and would recommend them for a kitchen remodel.

Great customer contact. Little higher cost, but they tell you the truth on what it will take to refinish a marble floor I would hire them again.

We were not optimistic about anyone being able to repair the damage to our countertop. However, Mr. Montano did a fantastic job so that the damaged areas now look close to perfect. He was right on time on a Saturday and able to do the repair work immediately. We would highly recommend him.

was not the least expensive, but I felt most comfortable with this company. Of all the companies you referred me to, Power was the only one to actually visit my home and template the countertops. He explained the entire procedure from that day thru each phase of the project. The price quoted and contracted is all inclusive with no hidden extras. Also, Power takes credit cards
