Prestige Heating & Cooling

Having cooling issue with 2nd floor central air unit on one of the hottest days in recent memory . Called prestige early AM and they responded with service tech within the hour. He quickly diagnosed problem and made recommendations, one of which was to replace current equipment with new equipment. This sounded extreme but after he fully explained the situation we decided to follow thru on his recommendation. A sales rep from Prestige was on site in less than 2 hours and provided a proposal to replace current unit , which was accepted . The following day 5 workers showed up completed the removal of old unit replaced with new unit in less than a day. All 5 workers were polite and did their jobs efficiently. By 1 PM that day, 24 hours after accepting their proposal , the 2nd floor was being cooled by a brand new AC system on another very hot day.

From the person who came to give me a quote to Ginelle, Operations Manager, they were wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a tankless water heater, new AC unit and new gas furnace installed. Highly recommend Prestige!

We were all impressed by the professionalism of not only Curt who runs the business but everyone on the crew! The guys were very polite and stayed focused on their tasks. The first day on the job they were here for 13 hours and they never stopped or seemed to complain nor slow down! They kept the house clean throughout the job and took away all the trash and debris. Curt was very knowledgeable with the Mass Save Rebate program for the Mini Split AC systems and was quick to do his part of the process. He was easy to get in touch with (which is a must for me) and had responded to his emails quickly. Can't say enough about how pleased we all were with this company and the men working there. Would recommend them to everyone!

Just finished installing Central AC with Prestige Heating and Cooling. They installed a unit in the attic and created the ductwork to each room on the second floor; they also installed a ductless unit for the first floor. Their work and customer service far exceeded our expectations. All work was done professionally and in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend Prestige Heating and Cooling for your next heating and cooling project. Their pricing was fair, excellent quality of work as well as customer service. We are beyond thrilled with our decision.

Just finished installing Central AC in our 1949 Dutch Colonial. Our house had no duct work as we have radiators and forced hot water heat. They put a unit in the attic, created the duct work through closets, and exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. All work was done professionally. If you are looking to have Central AC installed, do yourself a favor and go with Prestige. Their pricing was fair, work was A+, and seem like a great team. We are thrilled with our decision.

Called a few different hvhc companies and not one would pick up the phone called Prestige and after the first ring someone answered set up a appointment for the next morning there technician showed up early Nick great guy did everything he could to get my system back up and running sadly it time has come to an end so i asked for a quote and received a fare market quote very happy with this company
