Let me start by saying that Chuck Burns (the owner) is a genuinely nice and easy-going guy who is a true gentleman and a complete professional. For about 3 years now, this company has done several jobs for me, and each one has been 100% satisfactory. However, one job that stands out the most, and truly shows the level of integrity and commitment this company has to its customers, is the installation of a water heater. First, my old and broken-down water heater was in a very tightly enclosed area, which made it very difficult for their tech to work in. However, the tech not only removed the old heater, but replaced it with a new and larger size (50 Gallon) unit. The installation was flawless and done in a reasonable short amount of time. The new heater was working perfectly for a few weeks, but unfortunately, it began to malfunction and not heat up the water. I called the company and Chuck (the owner) answered the phone. I explained the problem to him and the next day, one of his techs came out, ran some tests on the unit and determined that there was nothing wrong with the installation or any of its external parts or connections. The tech determined that it was the unit itself, (although a new unit) was faulty and immediately called his boss Chuck and informed him of his findings. Chuck and I later had a conversation and he apologized for the bad unit, but said that it came faulty from the manufacturer, not anything that they could have foreseen. He said this is very rare, but it does happen from time to time. Within 2 days, Chuck ordered another new unit and upgraded the model at no extra cost to me. Something he obviously didn't have to do. The following day, another tech came out and installed the new upgraded gas unit. Once he was done, Chuck arrived and connected the gas line himself, ran several tests on the unit and made sure it was operating perfectly, and itâ s been doing so ever since. Whoever is reading this, I apologize for writing such a long review, but with so many crappy companies and shady owners out there, I had to go out of my way to make sure Chuck and his team at Pro Plumbing Works, got their well-deserved recognition. So, do I recommend these guys? I ABSOLUTELY DO 1000%!!! Here's to their excellent work and continued success! Best, -Wil

Great company to deal with

They did a good job. They were able to respond and replace my old water heater within a day. Price was about $300 higher than what we recently paid in Connecticut but it has a 10 guarantee.

Chuck Burns was great to speak with, no surprises with the price. Work was completed quickly and professionaly by Radames Osorio. Would not hesitate to call the company again.

I would highly recommend Pro-Plumbing Works. Chuck Burns was incredibly reliable, honest, and could not have been nicer to work with. In fact, he and his assistant came immediately and installed a new hot water heater so quickly; I still cannot believe such outstanding service. For future needs, he will be our plumbing specialist.

Chuck is highly professional, knowledgeable and accomodating. Of the plumbers we received quotes from, he came in at a very reasonable price and honored that price. Above all, he made me and my mother whose in her 80s feel comfortable and talked us through every step of the process. Victor, the technician did a great job, worked efficiently and cleaned up meticulously. We had a new water heater, new valves replaced where needed and a new back flow preventer all installed in a day. Chuck stayed on top of the work and was in contact throughout the process. My mother is very pleased with the work and we would absolutely use Pro-plumbing again.

For the condo I've just very recently bought in Florida, I needed to have the 12 year old water heater replaced. Chuck the owner is very well organized and active in dealing with customers. He and his technician did exceed all my expectations and I am not lying. I also noticed he treats his employees fairly. I do care so I liked that. The Job was simply perfectly done! The technician I had two days ago was simply wonderful! Victor knew what he was doing. No guessing at all! The builder had made a mistake: the door width was smaller than the water heater tank. No problem! Victor was ready and well equipped: he removed the framing on the wall and then replaced back with minimal damage! What an artist! Basically, I only have to say good things about this company. For, people who are not handy: this company is great! You can trust them!

The plumber called to come earlier than expected, and finished the work in a timely manner, cleaning up after himself as he went.
