I made the mistake of buying a newly constructed home from PSK Builders. Paul Klaurer walked away from the project when he ran out of money - when the house was still incomplete. This despite the fact we had a cost plus contract - meaning he couldn't prove he spent the funds he said he did on the house. After I spent a huge amount to finish, Paul then decided he wanted to terminate the contract and sell the house for more to someone else. He is so dumb, he thought I'd agree to waste two years of my life and recover only my deposit. He thought he could get away with stealing the lighting fixtures, fireplace, tub, siding, septic, water systems that I paid for. He actually got angry when I refused. PSK builders lie, cut every single corner possible with absolutely no humanity shown his clients. The work done was terrible. The fireplace was damaged extensively. The master shower was tiled by a laborer. Paul will hide his substandard work and try to get away with everything he can.

I cannot say enough positive things about PSK. Paul built a beautiful front porch for use. In addition to providing great quality construction services at competitive prices, Paul/Paula were super responsive to all of my questions and concerns (7 days a week!). They provided me with frequent updates with photos. They completed the project in a timely manner and on budget. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Paul and Paula were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were upfront and honest and took the time to sit down with us and go over our project and made sure all aspects were covered. PSK Builders, Paul and Paula, are amazing! They built a 240 sq foot 3 season room addition, removed and reinforced inside walls, and refinished the walls and ceiling in our living room. We had 3 quotes and theirs was the most competitive and the most thorough. The work was done on time and within budget. No surprises. I highly recommend them. They will be back soon to continue on phase 2 of our home improvements,

Paul was very professional throughout the entire siding job. He was accommodating when asked to install a front door. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work as well as the cost. Mr. Klauer of PSK Builders completed our project in a highly skilled, professional manner. Everything was done (install a new bathroom vanity and 2 toilets), according to our prior agreement, and in addition to what we initially requested, he completed an additional project to his workload. All was done for a very reasonable price which included disposal of the old vanity and toilets. I would certainly consider him for any future projects. S. Franklin
