Brick, Stone or Block Wall - Repair

Seemed to perform good work, which included chimney and wall repair. However, did not perform most necessary repair work first, which lead to cost and scope increases. Contractor completed most of the work but we had to hire someone else to complete the remaining work when they ran short on availability and did not return to complete the last tuckpointing work.

"Thanks for the review Travis. I'm feel really bad we got this one wrong, although I was glad to hear the work exceeded your expectations. We had some difficulties working around the siding and roofing crew, along with snow and ice, but that does not excuse leaving you disappointed. It was a time and material bid so the cost was up in the air. I strive to keep those costs down, in this case they were above what we guessed. I wish we could have finished the last little bit and the add on items, but unfortunately I was not able to work for less than our agreed labor rate. It's been a couple years since we worked together. I'm striving to work on ways to improve customer satisfaction. I Love my customers and really do appreciate your feed back because it helps us grow and to serve you guys with the highest standards possible."
