he did an outstanding and i was happy with the service that i receive
Quality Construction of Utah helped remodels my basement kitchen after a flood. We had to completely replace the cabinetry and flooring. They did an awesome job and were fast and extremely pleasant to work with. The kitchen looks better now than it did before our flood. Braxten was a great PM and I would hire him again.
On the positive side, our project (a major basement renovation) was eventually completed after over a year. On the negative side, if you are familiar with the phrase fast, good, cheap? pick two we definitely ended up with none of the above. I know everyone is having challenges related to labor, delays, supply chain issues, etc, so I am not upset about those and related issues. There are two main areas that leave me unhappy. The *first* is the quality of our eventual results. At the end of our project, we have doors that do not close properly, a wall and trim finish that is subpar, and flooring that was installed shoddily. We have continuously brought up these issues when we see them and the company did try to fix many of them, but there is a limit to what some fixes can do when the original work was not done well. The *second* is that we had multiple experiences during 12+ months of our renovation when someone from this company was not straightforward or forthright with us. The most memorable was when a subcontractor of this company put concrete in our brand new drain, and then the company tried to hide it from me. The only reason I found out is that I had a plumber onsite who worked for me directly (not a subcontractor). This company struggles to manage complex projects and I do not recommend them for such.
Got the job done. There were delays and changes in managers. The laborers were courteous and hard working.
Fair.
