Scot took over my pool project after a terrible time with my initial builder. My only regret is not finding them sooner!!!! Relax outdoors came in and turned my nightmare into a dream. They are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, ethical, honest, transparent, and work HARD to please their clients. They worked so diligently to give me the pool of my dreams and they delivered. They listened to me describe my ideal pool just once and then knew exactly what products to show me and created the visual of my perfect pool. They showed me products my last company didn’t even tell me about at all. They are high tech with computer drawings and use gant charts for planning and scheduling. All around a totally different and much better professionalism than other companies. Don’t be the statistic like me (something like 50% of people building pools go through 2 builders to complete project) just start with Relax Outdoors and you’ll have no regrets.
