That should have never happened as we give all customers the same flat rate pricing which is discussed during initial phone call. All customers are billed equally with a flat hourly rate, agreed to before being scheduled, after a days work. But I am glad you still appreciated the quality of our work. Did really good work and did made sure things were done correctly. Final cost was 3X the original bid. They had trouble bidding correctly on the work on a old home. The old home ended up having much more work than they originally thought.

As city and state code requires; any electrical issues that are found that are not up to code needs to be addressed and fixed. Or we risk losing our license. Older homes that were custom built are exceptionally hard to foreseen all obstacles in the way of what should and can be just a simple job. As promised I gave a 10% discount and a full day work free to avoid the cost being even more. I hoped that was sufficient in providing you with great customer service on top of proper Electical work. As a licensed electrician we can not overlook or neg"

Al did a great and fast job installing my EV charger outlet and am satisfy with his work when he showed up on Sunday. The drawback is Al did not come at a Saturday scheduled time, but did called he is 2 hours late. I have to call him to confirm he is coming. He did come 3-1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment and did a quick review and estimate but informed me he cannot perform the work at Saturday scheduled appointment bur did scheduled and did come back the next morning and do the installation.

Steve quickly assessed our problem and fixed it with minimal effort. While he was there, I asked for a second opinion on an electrical box upgrade another company insisted we urgently needed for $5,000. Steve looked at the box and walked me through the condition of various wires and other components and told me it looked quite good. No upselling or trickery. So refreshing after our last experience. This is our go-to company from now on!
