Write a ReviewRidgeline stayed true to schedule and budget and delivered a finished product that was better than we had envisioned. We would definitely hire them again for the next project!
Weâ ve worked with this company on two projects; a basement remodel in 2022 and kitchen remodel in 2023. Both times the finished project far exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was fair and they even told us where we could save money, such as by finding a jumbo slab for our quartz countertops rather than purchasing two slabs. Tile work was immaculate. Both jobs were finished on schedule and on budget. 100% recommend- honest contractors can be hard to find and this company has been spectacular to work with! For both projects I worked with Christi, the owner, and itâ s very evident that she cares about getting the job done right as she really took the time to make sure she understood what we were envisioning. We plan on using them again for future projects.
We hired Ridgeline to do a basement remodel, which I would not recommend. They started in November 2022, and it is still not done as of mid-April 2023. I do not recommend this company unless you want low-quality work, minimal or no communication, long timelines, and high prices with lots of exclusions. They were not pulling permits until I required them; we relocated the plumbing and redid the electricity, so they were necessary. There were several project blunders along the way, which can happen, but they were frequent and frustrating. Examples include bar sink plumbing in the wrong spot and a flooded basement when they blocked off plumbing for inspection but did not shut off our whole-home humidifier. Most of my frustration is centered around the very low-quality drywall work. Their subs came four times, and it just got worse and worse. When they corrected the areas, the paint patches were obvious and did not match, and the drywall still looked awful. The pictures attached show the final work. When I indicated I was unsatisfied, we made an arrangement to part ways, and I am now fishing for the incorrect electricity and poor-quality drywall myself. Buyer beware.
They listened to exactly what we wanted. They knew their business very well and keep us informed every step of the way.
Very professional and informative. These guys kept me up to day and on track every step of the way. We had no problems with this company, our contractor, etc. at all during the build process. Very satisfied with the quality of work as well
They were so easy to work with and very responsive. They were always there, they did a great job. They are highly recommendable.
They were very timely, I did not feel any pressure at all, and in the overall it was a good experience!
