Very thorough

I give the team at Titan the highest score on all levels; customer service, workmanship, professionalism, value, etc. I initially spoke to Jessica whom could not have been any kinder. She told me that my rental property was outside their service area but she would discuss with management and let me know. This was a Saturday. A very short while after, she called me back and said they can do the inspection and by that Monday morning I had the inspection completed. Joel called while enroute as I was told he would by Jessica. Joel was courteous, professional and helpful. After the evaluation an itemized quote was emailed to me for my review. Knowing the property as I do, I know the inspection was thorough and the scope of work clear. Additionally, and Importantly, every cost was spelled out. After my review, I scheduled the work for the following Monday. Again, Joel was prompt and called me when he was 30 minutes away. Solid company and great team!

I contacted a couple of different companies regarding the issue we had and although Titan wasn't the least expensive, I liked how they were on the phone and the continued communication. Great customer service goes a long way.

One of the few companies that actually offer affordable services that work. Daniel and Juan arrived on time and were very polite. They got rid of mice that were crawling in our walls and attic. They set up traps and came back a few days later to get rid of the mice that were caught and then set up new traps. They have caught 3 mice so far and we have not heard rustling in a couple of weeks so I am guessing they have caught all the culprits. Love that these people follow up and make sure they eliminate the problem. Also - I appreciate that they took precautions to be responsible for the COVID-19 crisis we have going on right now. They came with masks and gloves and did their best to social distance and not touch anything unnecessarily. I highly recommend them.

Iâ d highly recommend this company. Theyâ re quick, affordable, easy to communicate with and they make sure they get the job done. Our neighborhood has had rodent problems for years, so I signed up for their maintenance package and have not had issues since. Thanks Titan.
