We have been replacing drywall and retexturing room by room, I had other companies come out and do a great job on some other rooms. This company quoted a slightly higher price and the work was poor. After a few days the texture already started to peel and there are far too many variations in the texture. He was on time and his price never changed which was nice. I also had some supplies and tools in the attached bathroom, they used supplies and taken some of my rollers, pans, brush buckets. They did not take anything significant but nonetheless probably $100 worth.

Fast and good work

They started on Monday and finished on Wednesday. They replaced water damaged drywall on the ceiling under the kitchen sink. Removed paneling over the fireplace and did tape ,bed & texture there. Repaired numerous seams and cracks in door jam corners. They Removed a large vent hood repaired and textured drywall there and installed the new vent hood. Painted all repairs and did this all in just 3 days. Cleaned up well and were very professional and courteous! Will definitely use them again.

The team was very quick, professional and friendly. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work they did for us installing drywall, French doors and painting. We will definitely be having them come back for future projects.

Sanzel Construction was a great find! They did a great job on the renovation work we needed and even offered better ideas than we had originally considered. We had other suppliers lined up to do other work, not understanding all of the services Sanzel could offer, and ended up giving them the business rather than the other suppliers because of their terrific work. The crew were all very nice and worked super hard. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Did a great job and has a professional appearance and knowledge of the job. If was an almost exact time to complete job. Also after the job was done the cleanup was exceptional.
