Very pleased with the work done in the landscaping and how well the yard looks. We had some water problems and work was done to alleviate that and that job was done very well. That patio looks sharp. Also, had the house sprayed wash and a great job. We were were impressed and have a 12 month contract also for lawn maintenance. A job well done.

I hired Southern- they were not very good- the weed killer is not working- had to reschedule multi time beacuse he cancled last min. Materials not of very good quality. He was profesional but kept having to cancel.

Actually started one day early and completed on time. Did an outstanding job and were very professional. Owner checked on quality and progress a number of times and explained what was being done. Very pleased with their work.

Smooth sailing ... we came in contact and from the very first sit-down I knew they would be my first choice. Top quality work for a price that was just right. They basically expanded an existing concrete patio, added an outside fireplace and a no pond waterfall as well as the ornamental plants and esthetics.

Tim Pittman was a great young man to work with he put great ideas on paper. We talked things over and when he said he would start working on this yard he was good to his word. MY YARD IS SO PRETTY. I have already given his name to someone that stoped in my pretty yard and ask who did this for you Miss Susan. I had friends and family over the weekend and every one love the YARD....... Exactly the company I was looking for...Professional, knew what they were talking about, friendly and professional staff! I would recommend Southern Design without question to ANYONE looking for a company to give them the lawn or landscaping service they want and a little extra. After two years of calling companies in the phone book and people whom others have recommended to me and still not finding a company that I felt would really listen to MY needs and MY desires for my lawn and landscaping... I finally found the right company. I am so thankful to servicemaster for putting us together!! I am so happy with the work that Tim and his crew did for me that I have contracted them for two additional jobs with the anticipation of hiring tham again this fall for a very big paving job in my backyard. I would gladly speak to anyone who wanted more detailed information about the quality of service I received from Southern Design. I can tell you this...from this point forward no one other than Tim and his crew will ever touch my lawn or landscaping again. I have found someone who not only came and did exactly what he said he was going to do and in the time frame he sid he was going to do it in...but someone whom I feel I can call when I have questions or concerns as I learn to take proper care of my new lawn and landscaping. Prices were competitive, but their work was far superior. I am currently using their services on a bi-weekly schedule. I can count on their reliability to mow and maintain the lawn as scheduled. I would highly recommend Tim's services. Very pleasant also.
