Stan's Appliance & Refrigerator Repair

They were very good efficient, very professional, and very congenial. The technician knows exactly what to do. He had it all done and he explained what he was doing. I would definitely recommend their services.

<p>I have used Stan for the past 10 years to clean/maintain/service my 30 year old Maytag washer and dryer.  They have always been very helpful when I call. Appointments are scheduled usually within 48 hours and they are always on time and efficient in their job.  Although my machines are old, they are well maintained. and Stan's has never tried to talk me into purchasing new ones just because they are old.  </p> <p>Stan's has been in the Valley longer than me and continue to service the people with professionalism. </p> <br />

Jeff tried to fix the problem less expensively to no avail.  He knows his business and has solid ethics. <br />

Charged $95 service call, $80 labor, and $20 parts, They scratched the bottom drawer of the oven, and refused to own up to it. In the end, they paid half of the cost of a new drawer panel and installed it.  Oh, by the way, the halogen lights that they installed in our microwave burned out 4 months later... they probably think I'm stupid enough to call them back... in the end, I will spread the word about my experience.

Jeff took apart pieces that were suspect and dried out everything. When he it all back together, he discovered that the problem was fixed by drying the components.IA few days later, I found that the ice dispenser wasn't working when it had been before the initial problem. Jeff came back, pulled the motor and left it to dry, suggesting that we could put it back in a day or two. He was in the neighborhood the next day, however, and came over to put it back together. It worked and now all is well. That was an additional $80 charge which I was very happy to pay. <br /> I highly recommend this repair shop. From my first phone call with Allison to Jeff's visits to my house, I felt like they paid attention to the problem I described and did what was necessary to fix it without any wasted time or money. I'm particularly happy that he didn't just throw parts at the fridge, but made the effort to find the problem and resolve it. I certainly will use them again. <br />

The microwave quit working, so we called Stans Appliance to have them come out and take down the old one and mount the new one. The guys that came were professional, courteous, and were on time. The work they did was excellent. I would recommend them definitely!! <br />

Great considering Samsung does not provide techs good information to work on their products.. <br />

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Was happy to have a working dryer again and no waiting for parts to be ordered. <br />

I liked everything about their service. They were very nice and friendly people, and they usually always have what I need and if they do not have then they can get it very quickly. I would most definitely recommend them to others.

The service tech was very polite and removed his shoes on entering the house, which I really appreciated.

I don't recall the exact events. But I was very dissappointed with the service. He was a little rude and had this macho image. Acted like I couldn't understand if he explained the problem because I was a woman. Yet he didn't explain where all the sludge that he showed was coming from. (We had sand in our water supply line we found out later.) When I recently had to call a repair person to fix the new washer I stayed away from Stan's and located someone else.

They called in the afternoon because my hunband worked nights. They waited patiently to start work while I put my dogs up. I had a unhappy baby. Showed them where the washer was and they went to work. Then came upstairs and fixed the Dishwasher. He had a seperate bill for each and showed all work done and price plus fee. Also getting all the information to them was easy. I emailed some of the info they needed and they were a pleasure to work with. Thank you
