They were prompt and professional. They originally installed our system and the systems for many relatives and friends. They've always been great and we highly recommend them. <br />

I needed the timer replaced on short notice since I was leaving for extended time.  Jeff said he could come before I left.  We didn't schedule a time - he was going to just fit me in.  He came in a few days and replaced it.  He would have done it even if I hadn't been home and just billed me.  He's great to work with. <br />

<p>Bottom line is that we could not have been happier with the interactions during design, the details of the proposal, the work while it was being performed, or the final result.  The design work by Jeff Ludwig was timely, completely responsive to our needs, and very professional.  The proposal made clear what we would be getting.  Jeff then kept us informed as to when the work was tentatively scheduled, when it would actually begin as the time neared, and progress as the work progressed.  His crew was professional, courteous, efficient, responsive to our requests, and left the work area clean at the end of each work day.  When the install was finished the crew adjusted each zone and head.  When we later contacted Jeff requesting a couple of further head adjustments he responded quickly.  We are very pleased with the resulting performance of the system, and the detailed control we have watering the various type areas of our yard.  Also, Jeff's selection of the various head types for the different zones match the specific needs.  The written warranty he provides, and the free start-up and shutdown for the first year, are more than other providers proposed.</p> <br />

I couldn't turn off the system at the stop and waste - dirt had gotten into the tube. Snow was arriving in 48 hours! Jeff came the next morning and turned it off - a great relief! <br />

It was in the middle of the summer so there was a waiting period They were 3 weeks out from the first contact date. <br /> When it was my turn Jeff called and informed me that they would be at house Thursday @ 7:00 they were finish by 3:00 p.m. <br /> The work was excellent. <br />

The 2 person crew that came out from Superior Sprinkling INC did an awesome, quick, professional job. In 2 hours, they: replaced 8 broken sprinklers, replaced 1 leaky bad valve, and, repaired a broken pipe. Also adjusted all of the sprinklers for optimum coverage. I chose this company solely based upon the reviews in Angie's list and, would HIGHLY recommend this company to others in need of this service. I will continue using Superior Sprinkling in the future for any needs. Great Job to Superior Sprinkling! <br />

The service was quick and efficient. The only complaint I had was that it took a very long time to get someone out to the home (2-weeks). This is probably because the service is so high quality and in peak season. <br />

I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Jeff and his staff. Over the years, they have always been able to meet my sprinkler system needs. When I had some concrete work done last year, they were able to come out to make some changes to my system on the day that I needed so there were no delays in the concrete work. <br />

My sprinkler system is more than 40 years old and the existing wire was constantly breaking down and causing disruptions in my watering, an especially big problem during these hot summer days. I called Jeff, the owner, and as usual he came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and arranged to have it taken care of. Which he did, very expertly and quickly. And the bill came in several hundred dollars under estimate. <br /> I've used a number of sprinkler companies over the years. This latest one, Superior Sprinkling, is by far the best.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. It has been a great experience. They completed the job in 48 hours and you cannot even tell that my yard was torn up. I have never had a problem with them and they installed the system 7 years ago. It was the best money I ever spent. I would highly recommend them to others.

Andy and his assistant arrived early and went right to work. He replaced the valve and sprinkler head, and suggested that I might want pop-ups on 2 heads that were in grass areas, but stuck up about a foot, making them difficult to mow around. They checked all settings to be sure the entire system was working properly, and discovered a broken pipe that I had not yet noticed. All repairs and improvements were completed efficiently, and considering the time they spent, I was very pleased with the cost. <br />

They responded promptly to my initial call, they arrived on time for our appointment and provided a written estimate with 48 hrs. The price was fair but more than we could pay so they came back after discussing what was essential and reduced the amount to fit our budget and did prep work that will allow full completion next spring. When I left the morning they started my yard was a disaster. When I arrived home I could hardly tell they had been there. The job was completed in two day. After completion they came and did a complete walk through of the yard and a tutorial on how to use the system. We thought that was it but we ran into a problem and they returned (with a smile) corrected the problem at 7:30 the following morning because that was the time that worked for us. Superior Sprinkler, Jeff, provided exceptional service in a very professional manner.

Timely, complete, and well running sprinler system again.

I think they do a good job and the water gets where it is suppose to go. Not sure on he price as I have never shopped around. The particular man we like is Andy. He is very friendly and agreeable.
