I hired this person to clean my rental property, I specifically stated the kitchen and it's appliances needed cleaned the bathrooms needed cleaning lanai floor need mopped all cupboards needed whipped out. The carpet areas did not need cleaned since I hired a separate company for the carpet. I paid extra for the cleaning of sliding glass doors, and laundry room floor. $275 later. None if the appliances were cleaned, lanai was not touched, bathtubs and sinks were not cleaned ( still toothpaste in all sinks) floors were filthy, lania door was smeared foggy, laundry room floor not touched.I ended up scrubbing everything myself. The process to let Angis list and Home Advisor know about this was incredibly infuriating. Being bounced from one person to another, put in hold, hung up on, and not being then being found in the system. The end result was home advisor putting this woman on the phone with me and listening in as she lied about all of it. Even though I have texted messages where she admits not doing the work. A $275 nightmare. WOW just wow

she did not touch the lanai she did not clean appliance in the kitchen not clean the floors and bathtub I paid extra to clean the lanai doors. She did not finish it. I need to clean it because it foggy. I need to clean all the stuff all myself.
