John worked on repairing a skylight which he assured us wouldn't leak after he completed the job. The leak remains and he is not returning phone calls to remediate his work.

We were frustrated that John would say he would come between 9:30 and 10:00 am and then not show until 11:30 or Noon. One day he didn't show until 3:00 pm and worked until 9:30 pm. The job would have been done much sooner if John had shown up on time or made arrangements to come earlier and showed up as promised. Also, he would vary his method of communication between email, my work phone, my cell phone and home phone. John needs to establish early on the best way to communicate and then stick with it.
