It can be kind of a gamble these days when you try to book a maintenance service online if the contractor will even show, up let alone prepared to complete the work correctly and in a timely manner. Bill Oâ Brien was very polite, communicative, honest and went above and beyond to make sure the job was taken care of by his crew. He explained himself clearly. His crew took care of a couple extra cracked roof tiles without being asked and he charged the same price as promised. I was on a time crunch to close on the sale of my home and he made sure it was completed without delays. Such a blessing! Hope this saves you any future headaches and lengthy research.:)
