We knew our old system was too small for the home we purchased years ago but whenever we had an issue, James was quick to respond and repair the problem. He was very knowledgeable and honest about our options. We contacted Chosen Comfort when we were ready for a new unit and he did an excellent job.. We'll always use and recommend Chosen Comfort.

Responded immediately to our inquiry on a Sunday and came out the same day. James had to order a part and came out the next day and installed it. James Takes was super friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this company!

Replied to our need on a Sunday afternoon and explained all of our options for repair & services. We hired them immediately and repairs were done in 2 days ( had to order a part). I would have no problem recommending and using them again.

James went out of his way to explain my HVAC system's inner workings to me, and I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of his dispatch team, the speed of getting to my home and the thorough examination and tune-up of my systems. I had them come out and perform the annual checkup on my furnace. I had other issues that I wanted a quote on. James came out and he was respectful, and knowledgeable. He listened and then performed the checkup, found a couple of issues, and jumped in fixed them. He then told me what would be needed to fix the other issues and was mindful of how much I wanted to spend. He gave me great estimates and told me when he could come out and fix them. I hired him for the job not based on his estimate, thought that did help, but because he jumped on fixing things that were small. I like that spirit and when it comes time for other renovations that I have in the future will be calling Chosen Comfort again.
