Gerson and his team did an excellent job installing a stamped concrete patio and a bar & seat wall around it. Gerson is very responsive, great at communicating and keeping the customer informed about every step of the process, very respectful and polite young man, knowledgable. He always showed up on time with a message ahead. He took time to answer all our questions (and we had many, because this is the first time we did this type of project). He dealed with on going issues as they arised. We feel that he had our best interests in mind when getting materials and helped us to make decisions and options choices. He patiently explained all the details related to the project. He truely went above and beyond and completed the project to our satisfaction. The area was cleaned upon completion. He also responded right away to our questions after the project was done and paid for - which shows that he cares and provides a fantastic customer service! He is articulate and honest. We would highly recommend!
