No one showed up on the first appointment. Family spent night without heat! Had to call them next morning to find out that someone dropped the ball and the information about the appointment never made it to the actual technician. Showed up very late than the scheduled time. Extremely expensive!!! $110 just to show up and for the actual fix (no parts, not very laborious work; just removing ice in exhaust) charged another $110 plus tax. so in total I paid $240 for this simple job!!!

They removed my old central air conditioning unit and replaced it with a new model. It was one of the hottest days of the year and the staff was great, very knowledge and my home was left clean. I am a homeowner for over thirty years and have dealt with many contractors in the past. This company is by far the best. Even after the job was completed if I have any questions, they respond immediately.

Problem: Gas boiler was lighting the pilot light but the burners would not light. The service tech (Jahn) was knowlegable, very polite, efficient and just a nice guy. The office staff (Debbie and Kim) were professional and helpful. There is a service call charge which is explained up front. Well worth paying for in my opinion. Service arrived in less than 45 minutes then immediately identified the problem as a bad Ignition Control Module . Jahn suggested In I purchase their service contract to avoid the service charge on the next call.
