My samsung refrigerator has a defect. RF267 Series, Model RF267AEPN, Manf. date March 2010. It freezes up along the back of the interior refrigerator liner and then defrosts, creating a pool of water under the deli tray at the bottom. If not checked, it will overflow to the outside of fridge and underneath, onto the floor. After this was defrosted by repairman, it was okay for 4.5 months. Now have the same issue. Its the Samsung defect issue, not the repairman's fault. We are replacing the refrigerator with something other than Samsung. Rhino Appliance Repair will be recommended to others.

Paid $75 for service call that would apply to repair. However, my washing machine was too far gone and chose to buy a new one rather than repair.
