Elite was prompt, got the job done the same day I put in the request online. We had to make the check out to a company called ASB Group, which was kind of odd. Nonetheless, we appreciated the fact that it was done same day since the garage door being repaired was a safety concern for us.

My Technician Robert Mathews was amazing. He fixed our garage door's whole system, and installed an opener all in one day. He was really friendly and thorough. I could tell he really cares about the quality of his work. I would definitely hire them again.

Gaston was great! Could not get into my single car garage when both the keypad and remotes decided to all not work at the same time. After working for more than an hour on the stubborn door he finally got it open. Given the age of the motor and its now demonstrated untrustworthiness decided to replace the motor. Work was done fast and with great customer service.
