I would hire BT Kelly Electric again without hesitation.
I like to hire local to support my neighbors. I had called 5 electricians in my town. Four of these did not return my call. The fifth scheduled an estimate and never showed. When I contacted Bruce he responded within 24 hours and made an appointment for an estimate (which he kept and was on time for).
Overtime I had accumulated 5 or 6 small jobs that needed to be done. Bruce listened to my requests, made great suggestions where necessary, and provided me with a written, itemized, estimate. Bruce's prices were fair and reasonable. He worked with me to schedule a time to do the work and was here to do the work when promised. I had a couple of small changes to the initial estimate and Bruce worked with me to include them in the work order.
Bruce worked quickly, and carefully. He cleaned up after himself as he worked. Bruce also provided on overview of what was done and why he did it that way.
I have lived in my home for almost 20 years and have done multiple major renovations from roofing & siding, full kitchen remodel, and bathroom remodel. We have also done smaller updates like garage doors, sprinklers, and landscaping. BT Kelly Electric has been by far the one of the BEST contractor that we have EVER worked with.
