Most companies have someone answering phone calls. It is rare, however, that a company has one of the owners, Damien, respond to customers? phone calls every time. This is what separates the Watts Good Electric company from its competitors. And this is just the beginning. Damien always answered in a polite, professional, and patient manner. Damien also emailed the initial job proposal immediately. And when I requested changes, he undated the initial proposal and emailed it to me immediately. Damien addressed all of my concerns and asked me to call him if I had any other questions and concerns.
When the two technicians, Mike and Chris, came to my house, they were professional, clean, organized, and efficient. After the job was completed, Damien explained the timeline for submitting and completing the necessary paper work to schedule an inspection and obtain the permits for the job.
I highly recommend Watts Good Electric.
