All of the Access 1st professionals were wonderful -- the salesman and the workers. I had some problems at home during the work (my Mother had to be hospitalized twice), but the Access 1st workers were so easy to deal with. They arrived each day on time I was able to work around their schedule. They kept me informed as to what they'd be doing each day and I was usually able to plan accordingly. They were so professional and trustworthy I even felt comfortable leaving them in my home when I had to go out. The bathroom is beautiful - top notch.

We are very pleased with new bathroom. they had good ideas for remodeling, and strong background in needs of those with mobility problems. skilled craftsmen did great job working with us to minimize mess and inconvenience of living in a construction area. I would recommend Access 1st, an honest, hard working group.

This was an awful experience, this contractor attempted to defraud us by creating work so that he could raise the price on the job; he was completely unaware that we were consulting a structural engineer that brought it to our attention that Mr. Smith was creating unnecessary work. The repair needed to correct the floor problem before the remodel could be fixed with using micro lams. Which did not increase our job by $8,000.

Haven't seen the property but have been assured it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Access 1st if you are a absentee landlord...you felt like you could trust them immediately. They cost a hair more than others but the quality is worth it.

In the end we went with F&P Painting because they offered a better price. I am an out of town landlord so I don"t know about the cleanliness of the job, but haven"t had any complaints from the tenant. Gary Sporer has been very helpful. He sent me an e-mail with info about other problems he noticed when he was doing the job, things he"s not able to handle (so it wasn"t like he was trying to get more work from me) but I wouldn"t otherwise know about. We will definately consider using F&P Painting again.

This is the second time I've picked Gary, and he did such a good job I asked him to paint the exterior of my house. Your ratings chart doesn't go high enough to rate the quality, professional job he did. Thanks!

Project: Repair Drywall
Gary Sporer is coming back tomorrow to finish the job after patching our ceiling. He has done everything he promised to do and has worked around our schedule. We are very impressed with the service.
