IT WAS A BUSY TIME FOR THEM & THEY WERE LATE BY ABOUT 2 1/2 HRS. WHICH THEY MADE UP FOR. JOSE WAS VERY PERSONABLE & FAST IN CLEANING OUR CARPETS. IT SMELLS VERY GOOD & THEY SURE LOOK GREAT. WE ARE SATISFIED W/ THEIR SERVICES.
