All Valley technician replaced a fan in my refrigerator but it did not get cold enough to keep food.I had him come back.He was surly & argumentative & insisted it was working & to give it time.I did,but it slowly got worse.Called again & they wanted to charge $35. for a service call, $10.more than the original, since it was 32 days past their first visit.I said no thanks and opened up the fan housing & discovered he had broken a styrofoam sleeve lining the duct funneling cold air into the body of the fridge & then inserted the bottom half backwards, blocking the flow of air.I fixed it.The guy was rude,did lousy work & charged premium prices.

Got the job done, on time. He had to order parts, and he called back the day he said he would and finished the job when he said he would. Excellent service.

1st appt was a no show. Rescheduled. When he came, he asked what the problem was. He wasn't told by All Valley. He also wasn't told about the $10 discount for the missed appt. I asked him to change the belt. He only adjusted the old one and replaced the filters. $100 less $10 was charged. I felt this was too much but I was fed up with All Valley so I didn't argue. Very unsatisfied

Technician was on time and seemed competent, but curt. After analyzing the problem, he blurted out a price quote without explaining the problem. I don't think I got the best price, but at least the problem was fixed.
