Project: Develop or Subdivide a Property
Location: Spokane, WA
Date: 08/2016
Comment: The land is 19 acres in Ponderay Idaho. It has two water hookups that actually may be private. I am not sure, they were purchased and then are paid for monthly. There are 2 septic systems. One gas hook up. One phone hook up. Two easements from the highway. Ponderay allows the land to be divided into no smaller than 3 acre lots. The land is in a great location just 3 miles north of Sandpoint.
