The "polishing" really did not do anything to the cultured marble countertops that I could not do with a cleaner and a rag myself. However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction to Len, he was gracious and cooperative and we worked out an agreed upon amount. That left a very good impression on me! I would use them in the future to clean other surfaces.
Len was a great communicator. The job was done when I needed it done (upon close and move in of our home). He accommodated They were really fast, so I hope all of the grout was sealed. They indicated 3 or so hours and were done in just over an hour. Pretty expensive for such a short amount of time. They did floors, backsplash, and shower stalls.
