We had 3 projects done: 1. Install a new outlet in garage 2. Replace old fan in screened in patio as well as installing a second fan there as well. 3. Run a electrical line over our dining room (for future light fixture) THE 2 MEN WHO SHOWED UP WERE LATE BY 30 MINS BUT DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL. MY ONLY CONCERNS WERE: THAT THE FINAL BILL WAS APPROXIMATELY $60 MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE. THEY EXPLAINED THAT A WHITE G7C1 OUTLET HAD TO BE REPLACED IN ORDER FOR THE FANS TO WORK. I DIDN'T MIND HAVING IT REPLACED AND PAYING FOR IT BUT THEY ONLY TOLD ME AFTER THEY HAD DONE IT. THE THIRD TASK INVOLVED RUNNING THE LINE IN THE DINING ROOM CEILING. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, HOWEVER THEY DID NOT BRING A PLATE TO COVER UP THE WIRES COMING OUT OF THE CEILING. THEY ALSO ACCIDENTALLY PLACED A 2 SWITCH UNIT INSTEAD OF 1 IN THE DINING ROOM. TO HIS CREDIT THE ELECTRICIAN REALIZED HIS MISTAKE AND INFORMED ME. CONSIDERING EVERYTHING, THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN APPROX 4 HOURS AND WORKED AT A CONSTANT PACE. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

Lance and Chris were very cooperative and easy to work with. Although I think a little more low voltage communication experience would help they did an excellent job. I will hire Electrical Concepts in the future for more work. Thanks guys!

The installer was on time, very courteous and polite, but I don't think they were very experienced in residential wiring. They had to come back a second time because they actually caused a cable failure and they were never able to completely fix the problem. In addition to that, they cut the sheetrock without checking for studs first and had to recut, leaving a gap between the outlet and the wall(which they later patched.) I felt it was pretty pricey for their lack of experience.
