Jim called us within a day. We met within a week and we are awaiting his plans now. He was very personable but professional. He took the time to know us and listened to what we wanted to do and to protect the character of the home.

Comment: We have a single home structure built in 1991 that is showing multiple signs of interior drywall cracking, some at load-bearing sights. After discussing with a couple of builders, we would like to have a structural engineer examine our home and provide a professional point of view on whether we have a serious structural issue that needs to be handled or are dealing with minor settling and/or interior aesthetic issues (e.g. drywall).
