The delivery was suppose to only take two days but instead took five. Many of my furniture pieces (including brand new pieces) were scratched. The man who packed up my stuff did not listen to the work order or me and used dish packs for many things, raising the cost of packing materials, and even used MY packing paper. The men who delivered in Omaha were very friendly and helpful. Also, I don't appreciate that the final price can be more expensive than what was quoted whereas, most companies was in terms, "not to exceed."
