Comment: Before remodeling one of the two master suites bathrooms, we have a shower (in the second master suite) that needs its floor checked out, cracked tile and we're not sure if it just needs new tile or if the whole floor needs redone. The remodel is for a bathroom in the first master suite that needs a wall cutout filled in, a door added and then depending on cost and time, there is a huge shower and separate jacuzzi tub we would like to consolidate. Adding an exhaust fan. The last item would be moving the sinks to a possible better location in the room.
